Our chefs are continuously inspired by the pleasure and enthusiasm they share for cooking, guaranteeing that your holiday at the Wieslhof will be a true culinary highlight.
From the farm straight to your plate… it doesn’t get any fresher than that! Our farm in San Genesio Atesino provides us daily with organic salads, vegetable and fruit. Plus, for some time now, we have also been producing quite a lot of our meat ourselves. Our cattle is only reared in a manner appropriate for the species, grazing for at least six months on Monte Salto and in larch meadows. We also exclusively feed the animals grass and hay that we grow ourselves – we’re sure you’ll agree that this adds to the quality and flavour of Isidor’s dishes. Just try our home smoked bacon, our home made Kaminwurzen and our own jams, marmalades and juices. A lot is said about sustainability and mindfulness where resources are concerned. This is something we live by and want to contribute to, ensuring South Tyrol remains a place future generations would want to live.
